401(K) SAVINGS PLAN
If you are 21 with one year of service and work a minimum of 1,000 hours in the previous year, you are eligible to participate. Tribune will match your contributions $1 for $1 on the first 2% you contribute and $.50 for each dollar on the next 4% you contribute.

PROFIT SHARING ALLOCATION
Under our 401(k) Savings Plan, if Tribune exceeds certain financial targets, the company may award a discretionary profit-sharing allocation to eligible employees. 

CREDIT UNION
In partnership with Darden Restaurants, Inc., the Darden Federal Credit Union offers a number of savings and loan services to all Sentinel employees including payroll deduction savings, checking accounts, simple interest loans, credit and ATM cards, holiday and vacation clubs, IRAs and more!

REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNTS
These accounts allow our employees to pay certain expenses tax free (except in a very few areas where state or local taxes are required by law). The two accounts available are the Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts.
